Alveopora Coral resembles a tiny delicate clump of flowers and stems. These were found at Ningaloo Reef off Western Australia and were waving to and from with the gentle underwater currents and surge. Despite the fact that they resembled flowers my camera revealed the tiny mouth of each animal within the colony, it looks amazingly delicate but to live within the reef needs to be very hardy to survive.
