This amazing sea anemone virtually glowed amongst the blue-grey of the reef at depth. Even from a distance the tentacles showed as an almost fluorescent orange. With the addition of light from my underwater flash units the orange became a bright pink. The water turbulence was so strong at this location that I had to time my shot and focus as I was swept to and fro in front of the anemone. I actually thought that I did not get the shot.
