Another location in Micronesia (Western Pacific), Yap and
the Manta Ray Bay Hotel / Yap Divers. A terrific combination
to stay and dive with the famous mantas of Yap. A very professional
operation and a hotel that is luxury but also completely
designed to be diver friendly. Also remember there is more
to Yap than manta rays, great reef diving and sharks. |

Kosrae:
Somewhat unknown, the last island in Micronesia on the eastern
end of the group. An idyllic mountainous tropical island
surrounded by hard coral reef with incredible and photogenic
hard corals ( Yes, hard corals that are actually very good
to photograph ). Diving on the reefs here you are often
accompanied by eagle rays and barracuda. The Nautilus resort
is run by Aussie expats and is very comfortable and clean
with great food. |
