One of the most beautiful of corals is Euphyllia coral. Whilst looking for macro subjects my lovely wife and dive buddy directed me to one tiny tentacle within this coral that resembled a love heart. The individual tentacle was tiny amongst the overall coral so it could have been easily overlooked. Euphyllia corals can be found in Australia at Ningaloo, the Rowley Shoals and the Great Barrier Reef and are found in most tropical waters worldwide, although the chances of finding one as romantic as this one would be like finding two four leaf clovers.
