The perfect place for the anemonefish to be. At the first sign of my approach this anemonefish snuggled deep within the protection of its host anemone. As the tentacles parted in the current you could see it peeking out, waiting patiently for me to go away. The stinging anemone provides perfect sanctuary from predators. Found across the top of Australia including Ningaloo, Rowley Shoals and Christmas and Cocos Islands.
